Thanks for visiting our website - we are Matthew Henry Evangelical Church, and we're based in Blacon (Chester UK).
We're a group of ordinary people from all kinds of backgrounds.
We're made up of all sorts of ages and we all come with different stories -
but we're one big family because of what God has done.
We are not having a service at 10.30 on a Sunday morning for the time being.
We are very sorry if you would like to have attended a meeting
and ask that you bear with us and pray God’s blessing on you.
We are partnering with Village Church Wirral (located in Irby)
while we work towards a new church being planted here in Blacon.
In September, there will be a Missional Community here in Blacon
which will meet at other times on a Sunday and midweek.

UPCOMINGLife Explored Life Explored is an informal and relaxed seven week course. It's for anyone who wants to find contentment and happiness in life. It's run by ordinary Christian people local to you and is completely free. You don't need to know anything about the Bible, and you won't be asked to pray or sing. You can ask any questions you like, or you can just sit and listen. Whoever you are, whatever you're thinking, Life Explored is a place for you to discover the greatest gift in the universe.
